Shopping rules

Search the desired merchandise by entering it in the box of the search engine.

Place the merchandise in the shopping cart.

Enter the personal and delivery information in the relevant form if you didn’t do so while logging in.

The ordered merchandise is expedited with help of services of Czech postal service and currier services. In case of any suspicion of damage during transport file immediately the claim at local post office and do not accept the package! Inform us immediately about the problems.

The ordered merchandise will be expedited to the customer’s delivery address in the sortest possible time. Due to the special nature of some items in our catalogue it is not possible to guarantee specific time period for the delivery.

Personal information, which the customer provided to us, will be used only for the purposes of our services. These will never be provided to the third parties if it is not directly related to fulfilling of the order. The personal data will be deleted from our customers database upon Purchaser’s written request.

If the customer chooses any of the advance payment choices, he/she will pay in advance just as defined in the sent invoice.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you order goods from abroad and you desire to deliver it in the territory of the Czech Republic, we will charge VAT to you in accordance to the laws in force.

When transferring money from abroad the customer pays the shipping charges according to the valid rates of Czech postal service and all transaction fees. We ship the merchandise only by air. The merchandise will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the money on our account. After expedition the delivery time of the Czech postal service is in force.
