DAVUN is a pseudonym of an artist and a musician David Cajthaml. To his present music he has gotten through a difficult way: He started in a punk Energie G, he played with legendary Kilhets and later with Mirek Simacek (Agon), he played with Sevcovsky pop, which was a Zizkov (a part of the Prague city, an interpreter´s note) underground of Jarda Svec being assembled of members of the Zeny, Bad Beef Hat, Majkluv strycek etc. bands. Finally, he realized that he wanted to perform music only on his own. He bought a PC and a sampler and with his characteristic tenacity he began to create. On principle he composes sitting and in a special orange suit. From his first 35 compositions Dusan Liper (Ohm Square) has chosen 12 the best ones and their have been a base of the actual album. Some pieces have been sung by Klara Nemravova and Zuzana Kropacova. David Cajthaml listens Arvo Pärt and for each of his song he has a king story in which the composition is framed in his heart.
