We accept these types of credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, EuroCard/MasterCard and Maestro. The acceptance of the credit cards is an online process and we use the 3D-Secure solution – the state-of-the-art of the card Association Master-Card and VISA allowing secure card payments on the Internet. You submit the data from your card directly in the processing bank, which is Česká spořitelna a. s.. The transfer is realized by the secure HTTPS protocol, which encrypts this information. It is safe to pay by credit card in our shop.

Which cards do we accept?

• VISA
• VISA Electron
• MasterCard
• Maestro (only when your issuing bank enrolled the card in the 3D-Secure system)

We accept all VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro a MasterCard credit cards. The Czech banks allow using only the embossed (with a relief) cards most of the times – thus it is not possible to use the VISA Electron and Maestro. Some banks also issue so called virtual cards, whose sole purpose is to be used to shop on the Internet. Please, ask your bank about the option of paying on the Internet with your card.

How to pay in our shop?

If you decide to pay for the chosen services/merchandise with your credit card, the link to the page where you select your card will appear after you finish the ordering process. Then you will be rerouted to our processing bank (Česká spořitelna a. s.), which will ask you to enter the card information: credit card number, date of expiration and CVV2/CVC2 – last three digit printed on the reverse side in the signature strip of your card.

You enter this information directly on the processing bank’s payment page, which will ensure undecipherable encrypted transfer of the data and we are given only the result of the authorization process and it commands us to finish the order. In this way we eliminated the possibility of misuse of your credit card by a subject, from which you’re purchasing the merchandise and also the unencrypted transfer of your data on the public computer network.

If the bank does not authorize your card, it might be from the following reasons:

• the card data were not entered correctly
• there are not sufficient funds on your account or you are over the limit for the Internet transactions
• your credit card is not enabled for the payments on the Internet, it is necessary to turn directly to your bank

the presence of the Verified by VISA of VISA card association and MasterCard Secure Code of MasterCard card association logos guarantees safe payment in our Internet shop.
